Like mother like daughter. Johanna loves holding the little babies at the AIDS orphanage or the House of Hope at Langano. At the House of Hope you can check babies out like we do here for books at the library. So Jo and her friend Hope checked out babies for hours on the weekends in order to take the babies on stroller rides or just to give the normal caregivers a little break from their exhausting work. They did get chased by baboons once while out on a stroll around the property....that was the last stroll the two of them took for a while! Oh would Johanna love it if we adopted 1 or more Ethiopian children in the future. Trust me it's not going to happen unless he or she is at least 10 years old......then maybe....just maybe!
